Content on this site is for general information about our studio and services. We try to keep it accurate but do not warrant that every screenshot, timeline or description is complete or current.

You may not misuse the site (for example by attempting unauthorized access, scraping in a way that harms the service, or using it for unlawful purposes).

No public offer

Prices, timelines (including “MVP in about 3 weeks”) and portfolio items are illustrative. A binding commitment exists only after both sides accept a written proposal, statement of work, or contract.

Project engagements

When you hire IT ZEYZ, scope, fees, payment schedule, IP assignment and warranties are defined in the project documents we mutually agree. Those documents prevail over these website Terms if there is a conflict.

You are responsible for providing timely feedback, access and materials needed to deliver the work.

Intellectual property

Site content (text, branding, design) belongs to IT ZEYZ or its licensors. Client project IP is transferred or licensed as stated in the project agreement — not automatically by browsing this website.

Third-party links

Links to LinkedIn, Behance, Telegram or client sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IT ZEYZ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For project work, liability limits are set in the project agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a project agreement specifies otherwise. Courts in Kyiv, Ukraine have jurisdiction for disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
